At some point in between receiving your NOA2 and waiting for your MNL Case number to arrive FilAm will gather some numbers from the sponsor depending on what time of the year this falls on?
Next is to start the I-134 Affidavit of Support for you, then email it for the sponsor to print out and sign.
Every case is going to be different, so FilAm will give each sponsor a detailed list of items and supporting documents to attach together with the I-134.
Then the I-134 together with a list of other important items can be sent to your fiancee through FedEx or scanned then emailed for them to print out and used at their interview.
Below is a list of our most common scenarios.
If you are employed provide these items:
- Latest W-2 statement.
