Form 129f

What is an 129f ?

The 129f is a one time entry visa that allows the fiance(e) of a U.S. sponsor to enter the United States for 90 days.

USCIS offers this 129f petition application to U.S. Citizens desiring to bring a boy/girlfriend from another country to the U.S.A. for marriage.

Once the 129f petition has been approved by the National Visa Center it will be forwarded to the US Consulate of the Country that your fiance(e) lives in.

Your fiance(e) will then be able to attend the U.S. Embassy for an interview and if the interviewer has enough reason to believe that the relationship is genuine, then they will grant the Alien fiance(e) a K1 Visa to make a one time entry into the United States.
